Krav Maga is not a martial art, it is a real-world self-defense system. The first and overarching principle of Krav Maga is to neutralize the threat quickly. There are no rules in Krav Maga other than get home safely.
Dive InDEFENSE, FITNESS AND FUN FOR ALL AGES!
We have self-defense and fitness programs for all ages. We have Krav Maga for self-defense against punches, chokes, holds, weapons, and so much more. Techniques are taught at an age-appropriate level. We have Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which is grappling for self-defense from the ground and also for competition. We also provide cardio kickboxing classes for those who want to get in shape and burn lots of calories quickly.
