Our adults program is for those with or without prior martial arts experience. We teach the basics of punching, kicking, and learn many self defense techniques. We learn to defend numerous different types of chokes, holds, weapons threats, and ground defense. We have separate classes for advanced students and also have a weekly sparring class.
