Our Kickboxing classes are just what you need to improve your fitness level. Great for both beginners and more advanced students, our instructors provide beginner modifications for each exercise and advanced options to provide more of a challenge. We utilize High Intensity Interval Training and Tabata Training incorporating weights, heavy bags, and other fitness accessories to constantly change up your workout and challenge your body.
